Where would we be if discipline wasn’t a part of our life? The spectrum for discipline is broad and unique to the individual. One might go all out on something, one might devote fifty percent effort, then maybe twenty-five percent effort and so-fourth.

Just look at what materializes when a person like yourself is disciplined. If you want a nice body, you’ve got to have the motivation to do it even on rainy days, when your mind/body hurts. You have to make those moments count!

Thing’s just don’t happen overnight, it happens incrementally through discipline. Procrastination is the exact antithesis. It’ll destroy progress and hinder your goals in life.

Discipline definition:

Is doing the things you detest but you learn to love it. I put that quite succinctly but I’ll give you an example.

Take squatting for instance. The vast majority of people don’t care for leg work but know it’s required if you want symmetry, increased growth hormone production, increased testosterone production, athleticism the list goes on.

You won’t achieve any of the latter mentioned if you’re shirking on putting in the work, or worst, taking shortcuts hoping for the best feasible outcome.
