The effects of low vitamin D
How important is this vitamin
Believe it or not, this vitamin is can wreak havoc on us if we aren’t careful. The less we have, the less of “ourselves” we feel.
I don’t know about you but I damn sure don’t want to feel less of myself personally, with everything that’s going on, I mean we need to take much better care of ourselves.
It’s imperative that we take heed of our health and not have blind faith in the system.
Sun
The sun is an important part of our lives. It provides us with warmth, energy, and light. Sunlight is a type of electromagnetic radiation that comes from the sun.
Sunlight is divided into three types: ultraviolet radiation, visible radiation, and infrared radiation. Ultraviolet radiation is further divided into UVA, UVB, and UVC. Visible radiation is what allows people to see objects.
Infrared radiation is the part of sunlight that heats objects.
Sunlight also has health benefits. Vitamin D, for example, is necessary for strong bones and teeth. It can be made in the skin after being exposed to ultraviolet B (UVB) rays from the sun or artificial sources such as tanning beds albeit I wouldn’t recommend fake bakes.
