It is the changing of the guard here on Medium.

How will these changes affect us?

Recently, I read an article about the CEO here on Medium stepping down.

Usually, when there are changes in personnel, a domino effect of other changes will soon follow.

However, what does this mean for us?

Questions plague my mind about this matter.

The questions I have are:

a) How will this affect the algorithm

b) Will we be able to edit again on the Medium app

c) Will this affect our pay

d) How will this affect our ability to rank as a top writer

So many questions yet not enough time.

Furthermore, speaking of time, only time and time only will determine the outcome.

My inner-self remains positive about this predicament.
