The EV saga continues

To keep it real, these are the things that people are referring to when they complain about having to pay taxes the government being poor, and the worst possible allocation of capital:

Over two years, investments totaling $7.5 billion for electric vehicles have resulted in the production of only seven charging stations spread across four states.

According to the Washington Post, Vice President Biden signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law in November 2021, which allotted $7.5 billion for electric vehicle charging.

The National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure initiative, which aims to construct a network of fast chargers along important highways, distributed $5 billion to the states as “formula financing” out of this total sum.

As of right now, there are seven charging stations, however there are only 38 parking spots available.

And, come on: you are aware that the outcomes have been terrible when the Post is accusing you of doing something like that.

The slow pace of charging infrastructure construction could be a barrier to the shift to electric automobiles, according to the Post.
