In case you have not noticed. The kidneys function similar to a fuel filter for your vehicle.

The kidneys remove waste and extra fluid from the body.

The kidneys are responsible for making hormones that help:

  • keep bones strong and healthy
  • make red blood cells
  • regulate blood pressure

Additionally, they are a big deal to the body.

Signs of toxic kidneys

There are a few signs that may indicate your kidneys are not functioning properly. These include:

-Swollen ankles, feet, or legs-Puffiness around your eyes

-High blood pressure-Fatigue or feeling tired all the time

-Trouble sleeping

-Changes in how much you urinate

- Dark urine or bloody urine

-Foamy urine you experience any of these symptoms, it is important to contact your doctor right away.
