Having a stressful day? Is work taking its toll on you mentally? Do you feel on edge? All of these things we tend to face from time to time. The way I see it, life is like a heart monitor, if we aren’t going thru ups and downs, we aren’t living.

Might as well flat line. Let’s face it, we all need oxygen to survive. It’s one of the body’s autonomous functions.

Not going to lie as of late, life has been rather arduous. Look around. Negativity galore. News outlets, personal strife, career, vehicular troubles, bills! I could keep going but I’ve digressed.

Let’s stop to think, did we eat? How is my health? Did you know hypoxia can cause a slew of diseases? In eastern medicine, doctors monitor the health of the organs in their patients to check the oxygen levels. Yes it's true. The air we breathe is more important to us than we think.

Ether

In scripture, the ancient knowledge was that ether is the life force that is ubiquitous and imperative for existence on this physical plane. The definition of ether is: a medium that fills empty space, and supports electromagnetic waves.
