Greetings and salutations, coffee lovers! Fall has arrived, and with this being said, there will be a shit ton of advertisements for pumpkin everything, including coffee.

So, how is coffee linked to longevity, you may ask?

Coffee is linked to longevity.

Before I bequeath the “latest” information about coffee, I will admit that I am diametrically not in sync with some of the studies about cardiac health and caffeine.

For starters, caffeine is a stimulant that can cause cardiac issues in specific individuals.

Secondly, there is caffeine withdrawal, where a person will experience headaches/migraines and mood swings if they do not have their fix.

I have seen this firsthand daily.
