What is up Medium! How many of you consume eggs on a weekly basis?

If you answered yes then your diet is in eggs-elent shape.

All jokes aside, the “theory” about eggs clogging up those pipes might be smoke.

You see, eggs are animal products. Our bodies can’t produce vitamin B12.

Cobalamin is only found in animal products i.e. eggs, milk, meats, etc. This vitamin was administered frequently back in the days of healthcare.

Older recipients would receive an injection into the arm back when hospitals actually cared for their patients.
