Menopause can be a pain in the ass for women. There is a way to help reduce this issue for once. As we age, so does the body. So we need to treat the body with kindness and respect and as we age, it’ll pay off. Here are some tips.

Supplementation (red maca root)

This is crucial for a lot of us that are supplementing with erroneous snake oil. The best superfoods which are plant-based to me are red maca root and Nigella Sativa. These two are superfoods to be exact.

The best thing is, they are both plant-based too. The red maca is for women. This comes in powder form. It helps with thyroid, menstrual cycle, hormone balance, and acne.

Nigella sativa

This superfood is found in Asia and other parts of the world. It is an anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-coagulant, helps reduce mucous, can help put the body in a state of homeostasis. It comes in liquid or pill form.

I take oil for it to reach the bloodstream faster. You won’t get sick taking this oil. Your immune system will look like Rambo.
