According To A Leaker, There Will Be No M3 Macs or iPads This Year.
The rumors about the M3 chipsets for Macs and iPads
According to a recent claim from leaker @Tech_Reve, Apple will not deliver an M3 Mac or M3 iPad this year.
The leaker alleges in a post on Twitter that TSMC’s yield problems have prompted Apple to delay the release of its next-generation processor.
With everything going on and the current chip shortage, there will be delays for the upcoming M3 chipsets from TSMC.

The M3 Mac and iPad are not available this year.
Apple has postponed launching the M3 until next year due to yield concerns with TSMC needing more of the M3 for Apple.
As a result, there will not be any M3 Macs or M3 iPads this year.

Although there have been reports of 3nm yield issues affecting the TSMC production ramp in the past, no additional leakers have confirmed a delayed M3 launch yet.
My conjecture is the fruit company will release these versions next year in 2024.
A new 15-inch MacBook Air from Apple is anticipated to be unveiled at WWDC; however, it will likely have an M2 processor.
